Megan joined Disability Together in 2023 and has more than 25 years’ experience working in schools, local authorities and the charitable sector in Gloucestershire and Devon. A qualified teacher, she has held leadership roles in children’s services, including as a strategic lead within the Sure Start programme.
Since moving to Devon, Megan has developed professional networks across the voluntary sector, worked within social care teams, and led programmes supporting families of children with SEND. She brings expertise in strategic planning, project management, volunteer development and training delivery, always ensuring that the voices of families and communities are heard.
