The Deaf Wellbeing service is a Deaf‑led programme at Disability Together that brings British Sign Language (BSL) users together for friendship, social connection and practical wellbeing support.
At Disability Together we understand supporting Deaf people. Activities are designed and supported by Deaf people who understand the barriers Deaf people face and can provide lived-experience support.
One day every month. Different locations around Devon.
Enjoy the outdoors, meet new people, take part in light exercise.
Monthly meets in Exeter and online.
Share experiences, learn mindfulness and self‑care tips, reduce loneliness.
