How we work with you

We can provide appointments by phone, video call, email or some face-to-face appointments.

We will carry out an initial assessment (approx. 1 hour) where we get to know you a bit better and understand what your needs are. You do not need to bring anything to this appointment, but we will need you to complete some consent forms. Together, we will agree what support you require.

Our team brings both professional expertise and lived experience of disability. That means we understand many of the challenges you may face – but we also recognise that your experiences are unique. Our role is to listen, understand, and support you in overcoming barriers so you can achieve your goals.
