At Disability Together we support over 10,000 d/Deaf and Disabled people every year and we know that many more people could benefit from our support.Â

From health and wellbeing to practical advice and information. Our support helps to change people’s lives for the better. Whether it’s peer-to-peer support, counselling, the chance to be heard, or helping organisations to provide a welcoming and more inclusive welcome for everyone.Â
Our services are varied, but all share the same purpose – helping those we support to live with choice and opportunity.Â
We know the real difference this can make to people’s lives and by making a donation you too will be helping to make a difference.
£5 funds a ‘Try a Tramper’ session – providing access to the outdoors with Countryside Mobility.
£25 gives one hour of our Hub line –support from people with lived experience.Â
£75 funds a fully-accessible one-to-one counselling session with a lived-experience counsellor – helping people reclaim their mental health.Â
£300 opens up tailored health, wellbeing and social opportunities and one-to-one support for a Deaf BSL user – led by Deaf professionals.Â
